Some language elements to quickly probe you:
What is the difference between artificialized and waterproof soil, is it the same? Is a garden lawn not artificial? How much do green spaces store carbon? Because the soil stores carbon!

On a neighborhood project does the ratio m2 impermeable / m2 total exist? The drop in groundwater levels questions our ability to allow water to infiltrate. Do the selected coatings and designs that allocate m2 to sidewalk-parking-road spaces forget the rest? What levers do we have?
